Gurpreet Singh, known as Gavy Sidhu, is a music producer, recording engineer and music director with over 13 years of professional experience in South Asian music. Through Gavy Sidhu Productions he runs a professional recording studio in Deer Park, Melbourne, working across Punjabi, Hindi, Haryanvi and Bollywood projects.
Gavy takes a track from the first vocal take all the way to the final master. His work covers vocal production and recording, mixing, mastering, background scoring, foley, film and dialogue recording, and Dolby Atmos engineering — a breadth of skill that is rare in a single engineer.
His mastering in particular is meticulous, with close attention to true-peak compliance, LUFS targeting, stereo width and vocal presence, so that records translate cleanly across every streaming platform.
